(More customer reviews)My son, who is in 1st grade, has had a lot of trouble with school. He is not officially diagnosed with ADHD, but the checklists suggest it. To describe him, he has a ton of hyperactive and impulsive behaviors. He gets angry easily, especially during transition times. He reacts without any thought of consquences. He gets in really goofy moods, that are impossible to get him out of. He runs and jumps on furniture, always has to take physical risks, without fear of injury. I do not want to put my growing child on stimulants, so we are exhausting everything else first.
I have been a vitamin taker all my life. I have had him on b-complex, which I take for my nerves, but decided to give this a try. He has been taking it for a few weeks now and I just got a call from his school. Every time I see their number on my phone, I assume the worst. This however was a good report. He teacher said that he has been great for a whole week. He is making better choices and not acting up. Also that he demonstrates more self control.
You do not know how great this is! I was getting calls from the school about 2x a week, he was kicked out of an after school program and another parent suggested that she would call the authorities on me if my son ever touched her son again...so needless to say, it's been hard. Getting a good report really makes me happy.
I hope other parents who feel the same way about drugs, will read this review and give it a try!

Her cognition has improved; however, she had a little problem with urinary incontinence. It's better to build up the dosage over time because I believe giving her 3 pills a day was too much at first. His doctor recommended that he swim in order to help him deal with the asthma (unfortunately, this doctor also could have recommended brass or woodwind music lessons, as that is great for people with asthma). I was dragged along with my brother to year-long competitive swimming lessons and absolutely hated it. To this day, my brother and I will gripe to our parents in a not very Dalai Lama or "Let It Be" fashion about how much we both hated swimming and what a waste of time and energy it was. Well, my brother outgrew his childhood asthma and allergies, and I, on the other hand, developed exercise-induced asthma. No matter how often I exercise, I get easily winded. I won't necessarily be tired, I'll just be out of breath.
On a whim, I decided to give this product a try because New Chapter boasted that Russian athletes use Rhodiola Rosea for stamina and that it also improves mood. I started taking this product regularly on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. I'd either take one or two 100mg capsules. I noticed after a few weeks that I was less winded in my Zumba class and that when I sprinted to catch a city bus (otherwise, I'd have to wait another hour for it), I wasn't huffing and puffing for the next ten minutes. In next to no time, my breathing returned to normal. When I ran out of the product, my exercise-induced asthma returned within a week or so.
Anecdotally speaking, this product did help moderate exercise-induced asthma and helped build stamina. It's not too expensive, and I'd rather take this than Advair to treat exercise-induced asthma.

There is no doubt that it greatly improved my memory. I ran out when I finished the first bottle. That's when it became obvious how much it had helped. My memory returned to its previous state where it was without the PS and I had trouble remembering things again. I reordered and started taking it again at which time the great results returned. I find it much easier to remember names, phone numbers, things I need to do, etc. I've taken it for months now and could not do without it.

As a student who is almost done with college, I am only just realizing that I have ADHD, ironically after learning about it in a class for my teaching certification. Since I always did so well in school, no one ever caught the problem, but I find it incredibly difficult to complete any task in a timely manner without drifting off, watch any movie, to not procrastinate until the very last minute and also to follow multi step commands. My grades have suffered in school, not because my assignments are done poorly, but I can never focus enough to finish them. Professors always perceived it as laziness, or even got frustrated with me, knowing how capable I was to do great work. But in a grade obsessed society, no one cares how smart I am if I only have straight Bs and some As. If you don't have a 4.0, you're not smart. Since I know I am fully capable of doing exceptional work and having a 4.0, I decided to take action and I went out and bought this product as I am nervous about taking drugs like Adderol or Ritalin due to possible long term negative side effects. I checked at a Vitamin Shoppe, and the workers told me that this was the best thing they sold to help with focus, so I went for it. It was relatively inexpensive, so I figured it wasn't a huge loss if it didn't work. But it has been nothing less than magical. I stand by this product 100%. It only took a day or two to start working, but when it kicked in, I could actually watch a movie without being distracted. People were amazed with this sudden change. I started an online class in school after taking it, and found that I could get through all the reading material and written assignments while fully focused, and quickly at that. I stopped taking it for a couple days by mistake, and I was back to my old, unfocused self, but taking it again helped shortly after. That is how I know it truly works. Now, I am getting an A+ in my online class and know I now have the focus and am capable of getting straight As like I always should have been all my whole school career and its all thanks to this Focus Formula.
