(More customer reviews)I had to write something for this product. I am a 50 year old man and have had some insomnia/issues sleeping for at least 20 years. At night my brain would race with thoughts. I had a problem quieting my brain to fall asleep. I was also a light sleeper waking up several times a night to go to the bathroom. I would always wake up tired and unsatisfied with my sleep. I had read that the older you get the worse your sleep gets. At night I would look at my 6 year old son and envy him sleeping...thinking of how I also used to sleep sound like a baby.
I am fit and have taken a lot of supplements over my life time (used to be into body building/a fitness nut). A few weeks ago I started reading about brain supplements and it made sense so I saw this product gave it a try. To my surprise, after about a week I started having a deep sleep and LUCID dreams. I cannot remember the last time this happened. I also only got up only one time at night to go to the bathroom. Another benefit is I feel good during the day. This is the BEST SUPPLEMENT I have taken in my LIFE. I am sure you can buy other supplements with the same ingredients. But my thought is, if it isn't broke why fix it. What makes me SO UPSET is, out of ALL the DR's I that knew about my insomnia, NOT 1 suggested a over the counter supplement like this... of course I was offered sleeping pills. Please try this product if you are under stress and/or have problems sleeping. I think you will be VERY pleased with the results. My only regret is not taking this product years ago. Additionally, it doesn't require refrigeration (I emailed twinlab and asked about this since the bottle doesn't say). It's perfect to take on long runs so I can immediately get some protein upon finishing.

(More customer reviews)I noticed that some people have been giving bad reviews on this product after only taking it for short periods of time. This bottle of 300 caps is my second bottle after finishing my first of 100. I have seen remarkable results after the nearly two months that I have taken it (two caps before bed daily). I can concentrate better and I don't daydream nearly as much. I've also noticed an improvement in my short term memory (dates, times and events up to a month out) and mental multitasking abilities. Two months ago I was hard-pressed to remember two DAYS out! I kid you NOT! I expect more improvement. I understand that this herbal supplement takes at LEAST 3 to 4 months before it reaches its full potential. I can hardly wait. I would rate this a 5-star instead of a four, but I haven't seen the level of results that I was hoping for (YET!) So far so good!
I highly recommend this product, but only if you are patient and optimistic. If you're expecting instant results, get some ridolin. Be patient and read reviews from other people who faithfully took their ginkgo for three months before seeing the amazing results.

(More customer reviews)I recently returned to college after taking some time to get out into the real world. I hate studying. Hate isn't a strong enough word...I loathe it. It's hard for me to sit down and read a chapter from a book, or study notes for a test. My mind wanders and I can't stay focused. Often, I'll read multiple pages and have no recollection of anything I just read because I was thinking of something completely different while reading.
I decided it was time to try something new. Something to help me to, at the very least, stay focused on the material. I started googling some brain supplement products and eventually settled on this one. I'm extremely happy with the results so far. I'm finding it MUCH easier to sit and read assigned chapters. I'm not getting lost in my own thoughts and having to re-read things, which is saving me a lot of time. I definitely see myself continuing to use this product throughout college, and possibly even longer.

I am fearful of the many side effects that this medication has and sought a natural approach. My son has been taking these supplements for about 2 months and I really see a difference. Not only do I see a difference, but others who know him have commented that he seems more focused and less high strung. He actually sits through an entire meal and eats. I feel that this is the way to go for us.
