(More customer reviews)I bought this product for my mother who has dementia due to overmedication of statin drugs (Crestor in particular). Her cognition has improved; however, she had a little problem with urinary incontinence. It's better to build up the dosage over time because I believe giving her 3 pills a day was too much at first. The pills are large and expensive, but it's the only product I've found that contains choline, uridine, and DHA, the three nutrients that an MIT study found to improve brain synapses.
