(More customer reviews)Nutritionally this seems as good as anything else out there. However, when you actually try and take the pill it is extremely difficult to shallow (no pun intended). I do not usually have problems with meds, but this tends to stick in the throat and causes gagging. I recommend lots of liquids when taking and ALWAYS right after a meal, never on an empty stomach!
