(More customer reviews)I am female, 24 yrs old. Purchased this about a month ago. The first week, I took one pill daily. Then slowly moved up to two pills daily around the second and third week. I take one prior to my morning workout, and then a second around 2-3 PM. I don't plan on increasing my dosage to 3 pills, I feel like that will be a bit much.
So far the results...
Positives: Gave good and lasting non-jittery energy for about 6 hours, kept me in a positive mood, made me feel happier and more sociable towards others, helped kick up my metabolism (can feel a slight warm burning feeling inside from time to time), gave me more energy and stamina during workouts (esp. if I took it 30mins. prior to working out), increased my visual focus (made everything seem a bit brighter/vivid).
Negatives: I could feel some appetite suppression for a few hours, but it did little with actual suppression throughout the WHOLE day. I still find myself with cravings. Do not take this and drink any more caffeine afterwards (coffee, tea etc.), and do not take this anytime after 3PM or so. Consequently, I actually had a weird scary trip at the end of the night...like I was on a bad trip on shrooms or something. Not doing that again :(
On a last note, I've already been steadily losing weight before starting VPX meltdown. I was losing a healthy 1-2lbs a week. So far, I am still losing the same amount but I've cut down on cardio and increased strength exercise. Obviously, it is important to know that this is NOT a miracle pill. I mostly use it for energy and stamina throughout the day, and for some of it's appetite suppressing benefits. I've lost about 8 - 10lbs. so far by eating smaller & healthier meals, strength training/cardio about 4 - 5 times a week, and on top of that taking VPX! Once I am done with the bottle, I am hoping I'll be down to my goal weight, 120 lbs. I will then decrease my dosage of VPX and just use it for anytime I might need an extra boost of energy. Other than that, I don't recommend anyone using this product for life, it should only be temporary!

I did not see that until after I broke the seal so no refund for me. I did manage to break away some pills with minimal damage to try them. This went on for days, and I decided to take things out of my diet one by one to see if it was something I was eating or drinking. I gave up coffee. After about 3 days I decided to order the Perfect Food Raw. Wow!! So glad I did.
I feel so good now, and this product gives me natural, wonderful energy all day long!!!!
when I was drinking coffee, I would get run down in the early evening. This products keeps me going till bedtime, but still able to go to sleep right away. This product does not taste the best, but I got used to the flavor. If you just mix with water it tastes like a big glass of spinach. If you mix with juice or make into a smoothie, even better. So glad I invested my money in this product. I don't want to be without!

This is the best I've found that gives you slow released energy without the jitters and no crashing when it's out of your system. It's all natural and I've had no side effects from it and have used it for a couple of years now. Not addicting - just take one when your body needs that extra boost to get through a long hard day. I still exercise regularly, juice and drink my morning coffee but in the middle of the day when you can't go for a walk or run and don't want to get the coffee jitters - try a Triple Ginseng. (More customer reviews)First off lets lay our cards on the table by saying this isn't a miracle drink; its rather pricey and houses a few types of creatine. So for those who have a hard time digesting monohydrate or simply stay away from creatine, you might want to look elsewhere.
That being said, the product does deliver results, even on the first day of use. I was able to work out longer, with more weight, and had a decreased recovery time. And over time the benefits increase. I have only had the orange cooler, but the taste for that particular flavor is better than i had expected. Mixed properly with cold water i didn't mind sipping on it during my workouts, and came to like it. The biggest reason i chose this drink was the lack of high levels of caffeine that so many nitrogen drinks use. Caffeine does bad things to me so this route worked out well.
As far as how long it lasts, well i never used more than a half scoop and it lasted a solid two months of working out five days a week. And to put it simply at the end of the two months i have never looked better. I know that's a hard core cliche, but in this case it really should matter as being a gym rat for the past four or five years it is nice to see the hard work pay off. And the best part is the only other supplement i used was a high quality whey protein, so no stacking of expensive supplements required.

I have tried every energy drink on the planet and non work, I'am able to drink 5 Redbulls and still feel nothing. Redline on the other hand WORKS! It has a great taste, tastes super sweet when its warm. If you ever need a quick energy rush Redline is for you, sip it over time to get an intermediate energy hype or slam the bottle and in about 20 minutes you will be bouncing off the walls and will not be able to stop. The only problem is if you do slam it after about 2 hours you'll crash pretty hard, but to counter that drink a lot of water and eat spoon fulls of peanut butter (not joking). All in all Redline works unbelievable wanders for those in need of amazing amount of energy, this stuff should be sold illegally in alley ways its so powerful. What could it hurt to just try it?
