(More customer reviews)I had to write something for this product. I am a 50 year old man and have had some insomnia/issues sleeping for at least 20 years. At night my brain would race with thoughts. I had a problem quieting my brain to fall asleep. I was also a light sleeper waking up several times a night to go to the bathroom. I would always wake up tired and unsatisfied with my sleep. I had read that the older you get the worse your sleep gets. At night I would look at my 6 year old son and envy him sleeping...thinking of how I also used to sleep sound like a baby.
I am fit and have taken a lot of supplements over my life time (used to be into body building/a fitness nut). A few weeks ago I started reading about brain supplements and it made sense so I saw this product gave it a try. To my surprise, after about a week I started having a deep sleep and LUCID dreams. I cannot remember the last time this happened. I also only got up only one time at night to go to the bathroom. Another benefit is I feel good during the day. This is the BEST SUPPLEMENT I have taken in my LIFE. I am sure you can buy other supplements with the same ingredients. But my thought is, if it isn't broke why fix it. What makes me SO UPSET is, out of ALL the DR's I that knew about my insomnia, NOT 1 suggested a over the counter supplement like this... of course I was offered sleeping pills. Please try this product if you are under stress and/or have problems sleeping. I think you will be VERY pleased with the results. My only regret is not taking this product years ago. Her cognition has improved; however, she had a little problem with urinary incontinence. It's better to build up the dosage over time because I believe giving her 3 pills a day was too much at first. The pills are large and expensive, but it's the only product I've found that contains choline, uridine, and DHA, the three nutrients that an MIT study found to improve brain synapses.

It's hard for me to sit down and read a chapter from a book, or study notes for a test. My mind wanders and I can't stay focused. Often, I'll read multiple pages and have no recollection of anything I just read because I was thinking of something completely different while reading.
I decided it was time to try something new. Something to help me to, at the very least, stay focused on the material. I started googling some brain supplement products and eventually settled on this one. I'm extremely happy with the results so far. I'm finding it MUCH easier to sit and read assigned chapters. I'm not getting lost in my own thoughts and having to re-read things, which is saving me a lot of time. I definitely see myself continuing to use this product throughout college, and possibly even longer.

There is no doubt that it greatly improved my memory. I ran out when I finished the first bottle. That's when it became obvious how much it had helped. My memory returned to its previous state where it was without the PS and I had trouble remembering things again. I reordered and started taking it again at which time the great results returned. I find it much easier to remember names, phone numbers, things I need to do, etc. I've taken it for months now and could not do without it.

This is the best I've found that gives you slow released energy without the jitters and no crashing when it's out of your system. It's all natural and I've had no side effects from it and have used it for a couple of years now. Not addicting - just take one when your body needs that extra boost to get through a long hard day. I still exercise regularly, juice and drink my morning coffee but in the middle of the day when you can't go for a walk or run and don't want to get the coffee jitters - try a Triple Ginseng. As a student who is almost done with college, I am only just realizing that I have ADHD, ironically after learning about it in a class for my teaching certification. Since I always did so well in school, no one ever caught the problem, but I find it incredibly difficult to complete any task in a timely manner without drifting off, watch any movie, to not procrastinate until the very last minute and also to follow multi step commands. Since I know I am fully capable of doing exceptional work and having a 4.0, I decided to take action and I went out and bought this product as I am nervous about taking drugs like Adderol or Ritalin due to possible long term negative side effects. I checked at a Vitamin Shoppe, and the workers told me that this was the best thing they sold to help with focus, so I went for it. It was relatively inexpensive, so I figured it wasn't a huge loss if it didn't work. But it has been nothing less than magical. I stand by this product 100%. It only took a day or two to start working, but when it kicked in, I could actually watch a movie without being distracted. People were amazed with this sudden change. I started an online class in school after taking it, and found that I could get through all the reading material and written assignments while fully focused, and quickly at that. I stopped taking it for a couple days by mistake, and I was back to my old, unfocused self, but taking it again helped shortly after. That is how I know it truly works. Now, I am getting an A+ in my online class and know I now have the focus and am capable of getting straight As like I always should have been all my whole school career and its all thanks to this Focus Formula.

The other 400mg of the "PhosphatidylSerine Matrix" is Soybean Oil and other filler (Glycolipids and Phosphatidylcholine). I feel ripped off! It's not like these are cheap.

It has a stellar combination of many scientifically proven nootropics-in good ratios.
The "subscribe & save" price specifically is an incomparable price-per-pill,
if you compare tablets-per-bottle and milligrams of each ingredient to other brands' single ingredients
--like I did. [because I'm an insufferable geek]
I am an adult in my 40's, with diagnosed ADHD [combined type], chronic Migraine, and previous head trauma.
I wanted this product to help with memory, attention, impulsivity,
and protection/prevention of cognitive decline.
I am extremely sensitive to medications, suffering nausea and migraines from even normal multi-vitamins.
With this product: no nausea, no flushing, no racing heart. No increase in Migraines.
[I do take only 1 pill daily, instead of the recommended 4)
I have been using Higher Mind, in conjunction with a low-glycemic Mediterranean diet, and daily exercise.
Subsequently, I have been able to stop taking anti-depressants for the first time in 18 years.
(I DO still use a minimal amount of time-release ADHD medication, for my deficits are pronounced)

However, I believe there are gradual, long term benefits to still be had from Higher Mind...
especially from the ingredient Huperzine A.
