It has a wonderful rooty smell and contains eucalyptus, which soothes coughs, breaks up nasal congestion and eases sore throat. Thankfully, I don't get sick very often, but when I do I use Crystal Lungs three times a day.

If you have a yeast infection, any type of infections, UTI's, colds, anything needing antibiotic anti-infection treatment - this product will 100% do the trick - this has been my experience. I have been using it for years - this is the only Oil of Oregano product I will use. Few health food stores carry it, but the major health food stores pretty much do. Ofcourse, purchasing from Amazon is a good deal also.

(More customer reviews)After suffering from bronchitis and a sinus infection for around 7 weeks and not finding relief from prescriptions, I was introduced to the Rapid Immune Boost lozenges. I was warned of the taste but that really did not prepare me for it. Wow! Am guessing this must be what rat poison must taste like.
After taking the lozenges for 2 days, not only did the bad taste lessen but I was feeling tremendously better. I stayed with the 5 day regimen and very pleased with the results - sinus infection cleared and I was able to sleep at night with no nagging post-nasal drip. I did not take any other over the counter sinus medication or prescriptions after 2 full days of the lozenges.
Because my ENT had recommended seeing an immunologist I knew I needed to strengthen my immune system. This seems to be doing the trick. About two weeks after my initial trial with Rapid my husband and I both started getting sore throats. For him, he only needed one lozenge to keep it from progressing. I went ahead and took another 5 days of lozenges and never developed the usual symptoms of a raw throat, sore glands, etc.
Highly recommend the product with a fair warning on the taste.

(More customer reviews)This has to be the worst tasting spray in the universe, it is simply awful. But, it works incredibly well.
Two sprays just before going to bed and it seems to help whenever my throat feels raw or I have a slight cough. Nothing scientific, but it also seems to help with my snoring. There is a double benefit. I don't use this every night, only when my throat feels a bit raw.
Over time I've gotten used to the nasty taste. Because it works so well, it's beginning to taste just fine. The flavor is a bit like those ancient horehound drops my grandmother made me take, without the sweetness (Horehound Drops Bag: 24 Count).
I'd like to claim that this spray cures all diseases and makes you more attractive - but it really only has two uses in my book, sore throat and snoring.

The packaging says to take Umcka when the first symptoms appear, and I took my first dose about 30 minutes after my throat really started to hurt. My sore throat pain went away several minutes after the first dose and then returned a few hours later. So, I took another teaspoon of Umcka, and my throat felt fine again. Those early symptoms (sore throat and the beginnings of a stuffy nose) continued on for a few days. I kept with the 4-5 doses a day (as instructed), though, and the cold never fully developed. So not only did Umcka stop my cold, but it also tasted A LOT better than any medicine I had ever taken in the past for a cold.

My Story, I start taking the lozenges at the first onset of a sore throat
(which for me means -- here comes the cold) Take these for two to three days and your done and no cold! This has worked for me since I started them 5-6 years ago! I have shared these with friends, co-workers and family with great results.
As I understand it, the Zinc dries you up, the echinacea builds up your blood and the Vitamin C is there for good measure.
Follow the directions -- it's a lozenge, you suck on it! Take two or three a day and allow an hour or so before you eat of drink anything and be prepared for an after taste!

(More customer reviews)I have been coughing my head off, least that is the ways it feels which does not help with asthma. Not a thing has helped till now. I have tried different flavors of Halls, hot drinks, lemon tea, honey in tea, hot soup, a humidifier, etc. I was given some of the Zand lozenges to try.
I have stopped coughing after just one use and my throat feels better. That is says a lot seeing I have asthma along with coming down with a cold. I do not exactly like the taste of the lozenges but if they help that is all that counts. I will always have some in my house. I like the fact it is not made with a lot of sugar seeing I have to watch my sugar intake.
