If you have a yeast infection, any type of infections, UTI's, colds, anything needing antibiotic anti-infection treatment - this product will 100% do the trick - this has been my experience. I have been using it for years - this is the only Oil of Oregano product I will use. Few health food stores carry it, but the major health food stores pretty much do. Ofcourse, purchasing from Amazon is a good deal also.

(PS- I am NOT a Doctor) I understand that when you take Bromelain with food it acts like a digestive enzyme too. What a great little product. Two solutions in one pill. So if you are like me and don't want to always jump to prescriptions for all your problems and like to try natural solutions this might work for you like it did for me.

(More customer reviews)I heard of Quercetin--which is a bioflavonoid available in red wine and onions, among other things--after buying it in a popular energy drink and noticing that the drinks work without causing too many after-effects like the jitters, energy crash, etc. Quercetin is an antioxidant, and should therefore be able to reduce the damage of stress on your body. The bottle also claims, "Studies have also demonstrated that Quercetin may promote prostate health."
Taking this into account, and the high price of the beverages per dose compared to the capsules, and the need for a more neutral taste, I bought the 100 count 500mg vcaps on Amazon.
If you are not aware of the quality of the Now brand, they are highly reputable. And I wasn't disappointed. The energy of this Quercetin is just as good as the energy drink, or better, but there is no strong taste. You swallow it in the morning, and by noon, you feel pretty good and focused, if you're like me.
It is supposed to be a histamine regulator, according to the bottle, and moderate your immune functions. However, I'm not a doctor and have not noticed if this is true or not, myself.
I appreciate the chance to buy this excellent product from Amazon. I will definitly be getting this again.

(More customer reviews)Discovered Clear Lungs at Whole Foods in Austin, TX, when a bout of bronchitis wouldn't go away. About 15 mins. after taking, actually FELT the phlegm loosening in my chest! After 2 days of taking 2 capsules every 4-6 hrs (instead of prescription expectorant), I was cleared out.
Showed my internist, who said to use it if it works - and the herbs could only be beneficial. All natural, and works better than other expectorants!
Am on my second bout of bronchitis in 3 months, but it's much lighter, which I'm attributing to continued use of ClearLungs. I have already recommended it to others with respiratory infections & all said it helped.

I used my girlfriend's when I was sick and saw the light, so I sought out to buy one for myself. I got this one because it is the cheapest out there and it is plastic and I tend to drop things in the shower. I agree with the other reviewer that it's overpriced for a piece of molded plastic, and it will probably break right down the molded seam if I drop it, but it has been amazingly effective. Just a half teaspoon of sea salt in warm water each morning and I can breathe better and my sinus area is moisturized. Don't bother buying fancy neti solutions - simple course-ground sea salt is all you need.

(More customer reviews)This is my "go to" vitamin. I use it year-round at a varying dosages depending on the situation.
My preference for this particular company's form of vitamin C -
- It's citrus-free which is especially good for individuals that are sensitive to citrus
- It's free of other common allergens such as corn, gluten etcetera which make it a good choice for people with multiple food allergies/sensitivities. Sago palm is the vitamin C source.
- It's buffered (with magnesium citrate) which makes it easier to take in higher doses. Your stomach will thank you. If you're doing a vitamin C flush, your rear end will thank you;) For example
- During cough & cold season as soon as I feel something coming on (sore throat, runny nose) I perform a vitamin C flush (2000mg an hour until bowel tolerance).
- When I work in hospital, giving massage to post surgical patients, I take 1500mg before and after the visit
- 2 to 3 weeks before allergy season I boost my intake to 3000 - 6000mg per day (divided doses)
TwinLab's Quercitin Plus C is also great for environmental seasonal allergies TwinLab Quercetin Plus C, 100 Capsules (Pack of 2). General ausggestion is for quercitin - Up to 2000mg daily divided dosage.
Note: good food sources of quercitin are apples and onions
- By the way when I had a bout of terribly painful shingles Vitamin C was at my side. Allergy-C in combination with other key supplements helped me to get over shingles in less than 10 days. On average shingle can run its course for 2-3 weeks. Yooooow!!
FYI: The US FDA minimum daily recommendation is just enough to prevent disease. That's like saying you should be satisfied with an income that is $1 dollar over the poverty level. Why pay your body minimum wage?

Nasaline is available in pre-measured packets, which were very convenient to use while I was on vacation recently and I do recommend the packets for their convenience; however, for everyday use, Nasaline is much more expensive than table salt and doesn't work any better.
