1) Has to be in liquid or lozenges form for maximum absorption.
2) The higher the concentration, the better for my money and health.
3) The more its resveratrol sources, the better its quality is.
4) Tasty or at least not repulsively / medicinal taste.
I like the number of 4Resveratrol sources and its concentration when compared to other liquid / lozenges R~ products, hence I settled for this one. Needless to say, it met all my aforementioned criteria too. But as with all high potency liquid supplements, they're way more perishable than pills/capsules. For this item, it's recommended lifespan after opening (and in the fridge) is about 30 days. This is the trade-off.

This really does seem to have genuine anti-aging properties.The low dosage product did not produce a noticable effect but these tablets have certainly made a difference. I highly recommend it.
