I have increased the amount of weight on several different exercizes. I think any Nitric Oxide pills will work good for the person wanting to improve size and strength,this stuff is probably the cheapest and i am very happy with it. Plan on buying more.

I have tried other products and found the volume required for each daily dose and the taste was enough to make me rather have the pain. Joint Juice Easy Shot allows you take a small cap full mixed with a small amount of cold water and you are done in two swallows. It tastes a lot like Tang. It really does help with stiffness and painful joints. It has even helped with my back pain. Being allergic to shellfish, this vegetable based glucosamine has given me a better quality of life.

(More customer reviews)Our pediatrician recommended we supplement our son's (and now our daughter's) formula with a multivitamin. She suggested Poly-Vi-Sol, so we purchased it and have been giving them a dose of the multivitamin. As you can tell by reading other reviews here, yes, this multi-vitamin smells bad -- really bad. I haven't tried tasting it, but I'm sure it tastes even worse. Although, I'm guessing that if I ground up an adult multivitamin and mixed it with a bit of water, it would taste just as bad.
Our son didn't mind the taste so much, but our daughter definitely does. Infants can be easy and picky like that. An easy solution we found for out daughter was to add .5 ml to each of her first 2 feedings every day. There's no gag-reflex and our daughter now keeps down the multivitamin she needs to grow healthy. I'm sure as she gets older, we'll just mix the vitamin into her food puree.
One warning -- this stains fabric really easily so be careful when/where you try to feed it to your baby.

Years ago a vet recommended it for our cats, and we were so plagued by flea bites when outside that we tried it ourselves, and it worked! (More customer reviews)I don't understand why MORE joint supplements don't include HYALURONIC ACID/HYALURONEN in their formulas. I took chondroitin/glucosamine pills for years, all caplets or pill and my knee pain didn't get any worse or better. The slightly scratched/cracked menisci in both knees prevented me from playing soccer consistently, weightlifting very heavily, or not walking like a VERY old man first thing in the morning.
I started taking this supplement after finding out about/researching Hyaluronic Acid on medical databases, and the results from various studies sold me. Within 14 days, I went from persistent knee pain upon walking downstairs, weight training, or doing any sprinting to doing all that - and more - to the degree I could as a 22 yr old college soccer player. I'm only 28 and was not looking forward to an eventual knee replacement or arthroscopy, but this product has been a godsend.
The hyaluronic acid is produced by the body to maintain your cartilage at the joints. But only abut 3mg is being maintained at any time. Just like giving your body extra calcium to help maintain and build stronger bones, giving your body more hyaluronic acid allows it to not just maintain, but also BUILD cartilage, which equals LESS pain, and MORE mobility.

From the item description I didn't realize that the product is actually gelcaps and not tablets or powder in capsules like other cranberry supplements I've tried. The capsules are small and very easy to swallow. I heard about taking cranberry from a urologist who recommends it for all his patients. The cranberry is said to stop bacteria from sticking to the wall of the bladder, so is helpful in maintaining urinary health.
