(More customer reviews)My wife developed high blood presure and her HDL and LDL and treglicerides got way out of line. She started taking "Naturess Plus" red yeast rice and Omega 3 tabs (fish oil). A year later her LDL/HDL levels are back in line and the triglicerides are back to normal.
My view is dpn't mess with something that works.

Ethyl vanillin is a synthetic (a.k.a. man-made) chemical additive used to enhance the flavor of vanilln; vanillin is a naturally occuring chemical that gives vanilla its flavor. Polysorbate 60 is created from petroleum. Surcalose is a sugar substitute (a.k.a. an artificial sweetener).
I would have given this product more stars as it has a sweet, creamy orange taste to keep you motivated to continue using the product, and I've been using this product for approximately a month and it does provide more energy and it helped me to get rid of a cold, but it contains a few artificial ingredients. The website I purchased this vitamin from listed all of the health benefits of the product but they did not show the back of the bottle for customers to see the list of ingredients, or else I would have purchased a CoQ10 that did not contatin any artificial ingredients.

I have a hard time with other green drinks because my body does NOT like wheat grass and it's in everything but it's NOT in Miracle Greens, nor is anything else that's a common allergen. When mixed with diluted apple juice, as they suggest, it's very palatable. I have yet to taste a truly clean and healthy green mix that's like having a vanilla milkshake, but perhaps that's the expectation of a toxic palate? And yes, there is a slight taste of the sea vegetables that give this drink it's remarkable nutrition and alkaline factor, but as much as anything fishy makes me gag I have never had a problem with the taste of this. To the contrary, I find myself really enjoying it and, dare I even say it, craving it sometimes. I carry it around with me every day in a sports bottle. Since making this a part of my everyday routine I've stopped getting headaches, slept better, my asthma has calmed a bit, digestion is greatly improved and I have more energy. That's just within a week of making it a daily morning drink. I've tried so many drinks and supplements it's ridiculous to think about but this one nails it for me. Will it be for everyone? No, nothing is for everyone, but please don't discount this product until you try it. It's truly extraordinary.

He explained that the statin prescribed by my physician depletes some naturally occurring enzymes and that was probably the reason for my fatigue. Ran the idea past both my primary physician and cardiologist. Both agreed it was worth trying and should do no harm. There's been a marked improvement in my energy level and stamina since using CoQ10. The main difference between this particular product, ordered through Amazon, and that I had been buying at the drug store is price. Actually, price is the only difference I can see. I'm saving a ton of money here and getting the same good effect.

As you begin to research fish oils, you'll learn that you have to check the label - you can't just rely on the mg on the label, as manufacturers will list the mg of "fish oil," not the mg of what you're really after - Omega 3s, especially EPA+DHA. Basically everything else is just filler and a meaningless number. For example, Kirkland Signature Natural Fish Oil Concentrate with Omega-3 Fatty Acids - 400 Softgels, a lower cost competitor, advertises "1000 mg," but when you look at the label, you'll see that it only provides 180mg EPA and 120mg DHA per softgel - aka 300 mg of what you actually want. What's everything else in that pill? As far as we're concerned, junk.
Nordic Naturals advertises 1000mg, and actually provides 668mg Omega 3s+Omega 9 per softgel. The company is also committed to sustainable fishing practices and exceeds the strict Norwegian Medicinal Standard for quality, ensuring lower peroxides, heavy metals, dioxins, and PCBS - we do not have any governmental fish oil quality standards in the US.
For reference, I take this product with GNC MEGA MEN Multivitamins 180 Tablets (EXP:11/2011) and Green Tea Mega EGCG(tm) (100 veggie capsules). It's a great regimen and I've seen real results.

Beware of the cheap brands that claim to be odorless, do not give you the exact composition of the types of oils found in the product, or have only 300 mg of the oil if you read the small print when they claim to have 1000 mg. Plus this gives you much needed vitamin D, which many people nowadays have a deficiency due to use of sunscreens and spending all daylight hours at work wit no sunlight. Low vitamin D weakens your bones and gives you joint pains.
I found that this product accomplished a modest amount of blood pressure reduction for me- just enough that I do not need to use a prescription medication. There is a good bit of medical research that indicates that it may have benefit in elevated blood pressure and cardiovascular health.
