(More customer reviews)The clinical dose for using this for depression is around 6 grams (6 pills). For bi-polar use 9-10 grams/pills. Try it! A psychiatrist told me about the study (Harvard I think). It has to be omega 3's not just any omega. I love this Ultimate omega because of the taste, the ease going down, and the quality of the manufacturing process.
