Watershed Diuretic 60 Tablets Review

Watershed Diuretic 60 Tablets

First I should say this is the first time I've ever used a diuretic so I can't compareit to anything...
Used as directed this product produced great results. I felt the difference after only one day! After the 3 days I could visibly see a difference. I used it before a competition & there were no side effects---aside from the thirst!
USE ONLY AS DIRECTED. Maximum 3 days, drink plenty of water, take only the recommended dose--thats all you need..

I use this product to control swelling in my ankles. It does a great job. Directions say to take three x a day but once works for me. Unless I haven't taken it in a while & they have started to swell then I take it twice a day for a week, the swelling subsides & I go back to once a day.

My whole family uses this supplement to keep cholesterol levels low, the blood and body clean. Like many of the higher priced body cleansers, this product gives you more fiber and improves the body's natural elimination of waste. It's priced great and provides a 6-month supply in one bottle. It provides a full serving of vegetables in a few tables and makes keeping a regular intake of daily vegetables easier.

Zoller Labs Zantrex-3 Power Packets, Zesty Orange, 30 Packets Review

Zoller Labs Zantrex-3 Power Packets, Zesty Orange, 30 Packets
Average Reviews:

When I buy a "diet" pill what I want first and foremost is appetite suppression. If I can control my appetite, I'm more than able to get the weight off and keep it off. That being said, when I rate a diet pill, I mostly rate it by its ability to stave off cravings/hunger.
The box says to add each packet to a 16oz bottle of water and drink 15 minutes before main meals. It says on the box: Extreme Energy, Reduced Appetite, Increased Concentration, Increased Alertness, Increased Performance.
I found that I really did get a nice energy boost but because I'm sometimes sensitive to OTC (over the counter) meds, I only drank half the bottle at a time and I found that to be more than sufficient for me. I got decent appetite suppression too. It truly is "reduced appetite". It didn't totally kill my appetite which I don't think is a bad thing. You shouldn't really have to remind yourself to eat or skip meals because that's just going to slow your weight loss in the long run. I found it reduced my hunger to the point that it was fairly easy to make good choices, even when eating out in a restaurant. I also found that while slightly less effective on hormone driven hunger (ie: PMS, Peri-menopause), it still worked okay on that as well. I wouldn't mind something a bit stronger for those times and next time, I'll try drinking the whole bottle as recommended and see if that doesn't make up the difference.
I never got the jitters while taking this but my worst snack times are in the evenings and found that if I tried drinking even half a bottle of this after 7:00pm or so, it did kind of take me awhile longer than normal to get to sleep. On average, it would take me 45-60 minutes to get to sleep rather than the 20-30 minutes it normally takes me. I can live with that, at least sometimes.
Regarding the taste of this: Have you ever taken a liquid vitamin product? If so, you'll recognize the taste of this. It's got a slight vitamin-y, mineral-y kind of after taste to it. I think it's not bad but for sure it's not the most tasty beverage I've ever had but to me, it's more than bearable. I find it's best to drink it ice cold. As to the increased concentration, alertness and performance claims - I would agree definitely with the increased alertness and possibly concentration as well however, I didn't notice a difference in how I felt during/after my workouts. I didn't feel it really made a significant difference either way but I did notice feeling more.....bouncy/energetic throughout the day while taking this and no crash feelings what-so-ever.
Final Impression: I like that it's in liquid form because I can take as much or little as I feel is necessary (however I wouldn't recommend going over the 3 pack a day limit that they recommend). I wouldn't call it great tasting but it's palatable. I felt the cost was reasonable and it does reduce appetite enough to give you control over choices and portions. I would buy this again.

Maximum Human Performance Xpel Maximum Strength Diuretic Review

Maximum Human Performance Xpel Maximum Strength Diuretic
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
I hate when people give responses to products they don't know how to use. Xpel is a DIURETIC not a fat burner. It doesn't make you lose bodyfat. And I don't think it even has caffeine it, in response to the reviewer who gave the bad review. It's made for bodybuilders, fitness competitors, models etc..to drop water weight before a competition or show or photoshoot. If you follow the directions and use it correctly while drinking alot of water, it helps eliminate the water stuck under your skin that could hide your definition and make you look bloated. It's not a solution to get thinner. It Xpel's that water weight. And it's a great product i'm using it right now for a photoshoot, and have used it plenty of times for competitions, etc.
