Only 'side-effect' being an occasional pungent belch redolent of Zyflamend's super-concentrated herbs. Please remember I am no doctor o' medicine and that the FDA hasn't approved these statements, etc.

Country Life Vitamin E Complex 400IU Review

(More customer reviews)I no longer use this particular Vitamin E although at one time it was one of few I would use. Why did I switch? I wanted a product which listed all of the tocopherols mg or in percentage and not just as a list. If the d-gamma tocopherols aren't listed by mg you can't be sure what you are getting. I'm sure that Country Life knows this.
Although alpha tocopherol is the most important, for our use in this house all of the tocopherols are very important. My husband has PD and he needs all the help he can get.
I've been taking 1000 IU per day for years. Why? Fibroids. At one point my gynocologist wanted to go the surgical route because you could actually see the fibroid. Biopsy showed it was benign so it stayed. I'd had it since I was a teen when a new doc suggested that eventually I would lose the breast. Yeah! We'll see.
An acquaintance who was a neuro mentioned that she was taking a minimum of vitamin E for her fibroids and that she was telling everyone. So I upped my dosage from 400 mgs to 1000 IU and found that it worked.
After a year or so the fibroid reduced in size. It's still there, but I can no longer see it.
I will mention that I still take Country Live Vitamin C always with an E complex because they are supposed to work together synergistically. That's important.
I can't give this one a 5***** rating because it doesn't list the gamma tocopherols. I take another product now. I wish I could afford the one with the full E complex which would also include tocotrienols but I can't justify that expense.

Before he was taking this he was bed ridden from Aug to Jan, within 2 weeks of taking it he felt a difference. I have also made another friend take the pills for her knees. She now says her knees no longer have "butt cheeks" from the swelling.

(More customer reviews)It's always so hard to tell if an anti-inflammation product or diet is working because inflammation is caused by so many different things, but I have noticed a difference since taking Zyflamend. I have a rheumatoid-type of disorder that causes severe inflammation in my joints, especially my pelvic spine. It's worse after sitting for a long time or sleeping. Most of the time in the morning I can't move my back or legs without experiencing searing pain. I have to slowly start moving and stretching through the pain and eventually, once the joints are limbered up, the pain subsides and I can get out of bed relatively pain-free.
After several days of using this supplement along with seriously curtailing my sugar/carbohydrate intake, I noticed that I was waking up with only very minor pain and minimal stiffness. This is a major big deal for me! Is it the Zyflamend or the carbohydrate reduction? Or both? I don't know, but I'm not willing to stop either to find out!

New Chapter Zyflamend Review

(More customer reviews)I have taken Zyflamend for approx two years. First heard about it through DrWeil.com (He is all about intergrated medicine.
I ordered the 120 capsules for $27.47. plus 4.99 shp. This was my first time ordering this product on line. Previously I purchased this at a health food store. Which I will no longer do because I was paying $27 plus tax for only 60 capsules.
Just be careful when ordering not to go for the 90 capsules for I think it said $17 something. They are smaller capsules for those who map have difficulty swollowing a large capsule. Keep in mind you would have to take more of the small to eqivalent the dose you get from the large capsule (60 or 120 size bottle)
I had read a previous review where someone purchased the small bottle of 90 thinking it was the same thing.
It would be nice for it to detail that in the description so no one else would make that oversight.
As for the product ...what greater way is there to take something that controls imflammation. I have osteo arthritus in my hips and it works for me....with out the risk and side effects of Viox and all the other prescription drugs that attack the cox two inhibitors. Must be taken in the middle of a meal. It will digest better. Read the info in the box.
Also..my total body inflammation level went from 3.2 to under .5 over one and a half years. Total body inflammation level can be found out by a blood test called CRP-Reactive Protien blood test. (a high level is a predictor for heart problems)
so......Great product .....go for it.
