(More customer reviews)The ElectroMix allows me to replace my electrolytes when working out and sweating alot. It could use a few more minerals and a little sodium, but at least does not contain high calorie sweetners like most sports drinks.
The taste is light and pleasant.

(More customer reviews)As a distance runner, I have been a dedicated user of Cytomax since 1994. It's smooth, tastes great and delivers an even dose of the right blend of carbohydrates to help sustain energy levels. More importantly, it doesn't leave me with a "sugar crash" the way that some other popular name brands do.
The effect of Cytomax and reduction of perceived exertion/lactic acid buildup is evident anytime; however, it is most pronounced during summertime, when the body is working harder during longer training sessions. I would recommend following the product's directions to consume this before, during and after the training periods to obtain maximum effect.
Before the advent of the Internet and E-Commerce, I had tried others that were popular and commercially available, when I could not obtain Cytomax. Even recently, I obtained a sample of the EAS equivalent, which was highly touted. The bottom line is that all else pales in comparison to this product.

(More customer reviews)This is much better than an allergy pill, in my opinion. I combine them with Electro Mix (by the same company), so it fizzes up. This one has no added sugar. But why take this? Well, if you're having an allergy attack and take this, or just congested, it clears things up...for me anyway. Someone recommended this to me and now I keep them at the office and at work...while other people pop allergy pills and keep hacking and sniffling away, I get relief...plus it's healthy for you, unlike drugs. You can just pour the powder in some bottled water and shake it up...or if you like it with fizz put in the Electro-Mix (which is for electrolites...like Sports Water)...this also comes in a sugar-free (has stevia - a herbal sweetner) mix. Kids might not like this one but would probably like the flavored varieties (which do have sugar added).
