(More customer reviews)I have been taking two doses daily of Resveratrol for over three years.
I can not make any claims that this extract of grapes will give you any life extension.
But, after reading much literature on the french paradox, for the cost of approx 20 cents per day I think that taking resveratrol could be a worthy investment if future studies prove that Antioxidant Supplements are modulators of increased lifespans.
I have taken other manufacturers including Paradise Herbs and Jarrow Synergy.
Read the recent Harvard study and the NYTs article on Aging Drugs, looks like Resveratrol is very good for me.
Each Cap Yields approx 10 milligrams of Resveratrol.
Of course, before taking any health supplements, I strongly suggest you inform your health care advisor.
Now, I've upped to three Resveratrol doses per day.

I've cut back on using it but still have several to use so I've tried taking them again but I get such painful bowel cramps I'm tossing out what's left. I've used lower dose pills made but another company without problems.

(More customer reviews)I made a mistake buying this product. I figured since it was so expensive it had to be better but in fact, nothing good came from this. I got a bad case of diaherea and other intestinal problems that started several hours after I started using it. Then I stopped for a week and it went away. I tried it again and the same problem occured again.
I have never had this problem with resveratrol before. Shame on me for getting fooled by the marketing. They would not let me return it because I opened it. I feel like I got cheated on a product that cost 3 times as much as it should.
