(More customer reviews)Before I've taken this supplement I used to have excruciating cramps, heavy blood clots, heavy bleeding, could not eat anything for the first two days..not even a sip of water!This supplement have saved me much misery with hardly any cramps, tiny to no blood clots, less bleeding and could eat dairy, meats and some fattening foods and was still ok (though I recommend not to). I love this product and will stack up.
If anybody is suffering please give it a try because you will not go wrong and no prescription medication couldn't take away the horrific pain.

(More customer reviews)A lot of women do not realize the importance of B-Vitamin as we age. The energy is like having a couple of shots of espresso sans the crash. I have popped B-Comps for years, but I daresay never without gagging. Usually the B-Comp tabs are big honkin suckers that stink and have the bitter clinical smell/after-taste.
Nutrition Now gummy B-comp takes care of that, and guess what, they taste just like any gummy bear! I would not go to the extreme of saying they are delicious, but no gagging whatsoever. Gotta love that. I have given it to my girl friends who also unequivocally hate B-Comps. Did I say I do take two? Of course, only for the lacking potency in one ;)

(More customer reviews)I was stumbling around Whole Foods in a crampy haze looking for raspberry leaf tea when I came across Oona. What got my attention was the sign below it that said "No cramps, No kidding!" I said to myself, "For $25 a box, they'd better not be kidding." I checked out the main ingredients - cramp back extract, and ginger. I'd never heard of cramp bark, but I was in pain, so on a whim, I picked the stuff up. I'm glad I did. Per the box directions, I took 5 that night, and the cramps just vanished; I couldn't even tell when it was they stopped. The next morning, I took 2, and was good for about 6 hours, before I took 400mg (instead of my usual 800mg) of ibuprofen, because I hadn't brought my Oona with me.
The takeaway:
It's very effective at relieving menstrual cramps.
I can't speak to the other symptoms it claims to relieve (e.g., nausea, indigestion)
Jury's still out on how it deals with heavy bleeding.

(More customer reviews)I decided to take this after being on Vitex for a month. I have been on it for about 2 weeks(12/3). First of all vitex products are amazing I had a 58 day cycle and Nature Ways Vitex alone stopped it. The next month I had a 38 day cycle. So far this cycle, I have only been on Femaprin and its only CD9 and I have symptoms of ovulation approaching! My cycles, most of the time are anovulatory so this was a huge surprise for me. I cannot believe this is all it took, I was very skeptical at first but I am honestly blown away. I would recommend this to anyone with abnormal or anovulatory cycles, Its great but can take up to 3 months to work be patient! :) it took 2 months to kick in for me I am so glad I kept with it! I've also heard you really need to be consistent with taking it everyday for it to work how its supposed too. Its all over a great product I love it!

My girlfriend was having severe cramps and a massive period each month, so I decided to do some research on how to get her some relief, because it was also keeping me up and getting text messages about how much she is in pain. After a fair amount of research, comparison and reading forums and other materials, I came to the conclusion to buy this product. Her period came and it is usually the 2nd day that she really gets hit hard. She called me in the middle of the day at work and told me how grateful she is. When I got home I called her and she said she did not feel anymore pain at all!
Trust me when I say I could not get a full night's rest if this woman was at my house. SO glad I bought this and I hope others with the same issue will try it as well.

Herb Pharm Motherwort Extract Review

(More customer reviews)During crazy times at work, I take a couple drops in a an ounce or two of water shortly before going to bed. It helps relax your mind when too much stuff is spinning around in your head and it's impossible to get to sleep. I read a review for another brand and someone was taking over 50 drops before bedtime. That seems a bit excessive to me, as I take 4-7 drops max. Feel like this is a healthier option than drugs like advilpm or tylenolpm. Be sure you do not take motherwort if you are pregnant as this may induce labor.
