This creatine is good for alcoholics because the alcohol interferes with carnitine production in the body. It is also good for vegetarians and people who don't eat much beef and ham. I wouldn't take more than one a day of this stuff. I'm doing fine with just a half dose a day. It might give you a headache if you take too much.
