I have been having a problem with it for months and I didn't want to take any of the medications that suppress the acid in your stomach because it makes digestion harder. I tried this and it worked! At first I just took it when I felt the burning in my stomach, but now I take it daily as a preventative and, if I do feel any burning, I'll take another. I haven't researched so I don't know why it works, but it is working for me. I've had no reflux of stomach acid since starting this. It's been 2 weeks--I hope it continues!

The warm feeling in my belly took some getting used to but it's a nice feeling now. I've been diagnosed with High Blood Pressure, I hope the Garlic helps in that department. I'm interested to see how the pills help my exercise and healthier living strategy. I didn't give it 5 stars because I haven't been taking the supplement long enough. Recently I had a lingering cold that I just could not shake. A friend of mine is into whole food health so I asked him about natural anti-biotics. Garlic, he says, is that and a lot more including some anti-histamine like qualities (I was sniffling a lot).
The health food store owner recommended this brand because of the enteric coating.
Amazing! Killed my lingering cold and all symptoms. I felt great. No heartburn. No garlic smell after taking the pill.
I don't take it every day, that is true. However, we currently have the plague sweeping through the office and so far I have been able to stay away from it - I think it is this supplement that is making the difference.

I asked at my local health food store in Park Slope, Brooklyn, at the time for a supplement that wouldn't make me smell and a very knowledgeable person said these would be the only ones. They were right!
My boyfriend and I take these all the time when we're feeling run down. I also take them to make sure I don't get yeast infections (sorry if TMI but garlic is very good for this--look it up). I also take the digestive Kyolic on a pretty regular basis. Garlic is good for you and this is a really great brand!
