(More customer reviews)I have had major sinus congestion and allergies for years. Taking only the garlic gels (not the capsules) help all that icky stuff come out of my sinuses. I ran out of my other garlic gels and bought one that had garlic odor. It was horrible and kept repeating on me. I could no longer find my old brand. I found this product and decided to try it. I take three every morning, and WOW! I was congested very badly after running out a month ago, and within one week, I'm all clear and allergy free. I couldn't believe how quickly these worked and got everything out of my sinuses! I will stick with this brand, and three a day, for the rest of my life. I recommend these, because they really work!
