(More customer reviews)I have tried other brands, Solgar is better! Faster absorbed, doesn't make my stomach queasy, and is very gentle. As a rule, Vit D is supposed to be between 32 and 100. Mine is at 5! I needed this and needed it fast. I had tried others and none were helping my symptoms After day three, I could feel the difference. (More customer reviews)After taking this brand of vitamin D 2000 UI 1 per day for about two weeks my pollen allergies are basically gone. Crossing fingers that it keeps up. The weather man is reporting that tree allergies and other pollens are very high which usually drives me crazy and leads to me taking Claritin, but now I am breathing more freely than ever! Deep clear breathes inhaling the scent of SPRING! I don't remember the last time I could do that. I cannot tolerate those with iron so this one has a nice balance of B vitamins and and excellent formula with higher amounts of essential nutrients. As an added bonus, it also has some greens in it. I have stuck with this vitamin ever since I found it. Highly recommend it.

I have just started using it, so cannot say how effective it is yet but definitely smells and look all natural with no corn additive. Just that for 60 caps with a dosage of two caps per day, it gets bit expensive but then I guess you have to pay for it to be all natural.
