(More customer reviews)I have been using this product for years. I always panic when I run out of it. Whenever I get low on energy it gives me that boost that I need. The boost is very gentle. I don't feel like I have taken something. It's not like a caffeine jolt. I simply don't feel tired anymore. It's great to keep in the car. If you have no water to mix it with, you can simply pour a little in your mouth and you are good to go. It's not very tasty that way, but it beats being sleepy while driving. I'm not a coffee drinker so I only take between 1/2 to 1 teaspoon for my serving. My husband who is more of a coffee drinker takes 1 to 2 teaspoons.

(More customer reviews)This garcinia Plus gives you alot of energy. Not like the Garcinia 1000. I myself do not need the energy. I perfer the 1000 version. The energy is closely related to have 1 energy drink every 3 hours. Not very fun. Do not take more than 1 per day or you will most like no be able to sleep. I made the mistake and ordered this and thought why not it just has more Garcinia and a little extra stuff. No not that at all. It might not react the same for everyone. But who really knows.

The combination seems useful, but remember that "hardcore" scientific evidence is lacking. This product itself seems to be of reasonable quality at a reasonable cost. Generally I feel that any substantial harms/risk is low if used in modest daily quantities.

(More customer reviews)Rice bran syrup has helped improve my concentration. My mind tends to be restless, but when I take a tablespoon of this product, I calm down quite a bit. I've read that it contains a lot of vitamin B complex which is supposed to dilate blood vessels in the brain. It has worked for me and for several of my kids -- who are hyperactive. It tastes like molasses. I have experienced no side effects.
