(More customer reviews)After taking this brand of vitamin D 2000 UI 1 per day for about two weeks my pollen allergies are basically gone. Crossing fingers that it keeps up. The weather man is reporting that tree allergies and other pollens are very high which usually drives me crazy and leads to me taking Claritin, but now I am breathing more freely than ever! Deep clear breathes inhaling the scent of SPRING! I don't remember the last time I could do that. I can only imagine what other benefits there are on a molecular level but if you want to know just google it -- blood pressure and heart disease are on the list.
