(More customer reviews)I've used Race Day Boost caps for 4 or 5 century rides over the last 2 years and convinced it helps. I typically ride on the weekend with a few friends who are always stronger riders than me. During the centuries when I've taking the caps, I am equal to or stronger than these same folks. Placebo effect? Maybe, but the difference seems significant.
