Omega 3 to Omega 6 ratio is a big problem for virtually everyone in our country, and possibly the entire world, and fish oil is really the only practical way to try to get our balance back to where it should be. EVERYONE should be taking fish oil supplements for their health, and this one has the oils you should be getting and none of the toxins you should avoid.
These do come in glass bottles, but I've ordered TwinLab supplements from Amazon many, many times and I've never had a problem with the bottles breaking. The bottles are always wrapped in bubble wrap, and I know Amazon has always been wonderful dealing with problems and complaints when the unexpected does happen.
