(More customer reviews)For those women suffering from your dr. telling you to drink more water and breast feed more often, I am sure, like I you feel like a walking full bladder with a heavy weight on your breast 24 7. I'm sorry, to those darn nurses and Dr.'s saying generally there is no reason you can't keep up with your baby's supply and demand for feeding. BS!! Thank god for the lactation consultants that specialize in this sort of thing. Fenugreek is a big help in boosting supply. There are wonderful sites online (Google it) to tell you all about it. Or call the lactaion center at the hospital. As for this brand, Nature's herb, it does the job. Great price vs the price of my local retail. If it's not working for you, I am pretty sure it's not because of this brand. I had to tweek the doasage a bit within guidelines of my lactation consultant before I got it right. GOod luck!!
