(More customer reviews)This is the coral calcium to buy. Fossilized grade from Okinawa. Other ingredients listed: NONE. This is pure tasteless, oderless and highly absorbable. If you use the directed 3.0 gram dosage it equates to 56 servings, at the current price thats about 21 cents a day. Extremely affordable! The 'marine grade' I've used in the past is expensive comparitvely. Also I prefer the texture of the fossilized...it's lighter and not gritty. I take a little less maybe 2.5 grams disolved in 5 ounces of water soon after awaking, it's the first fluid I drink. 15 to 30 mins. after I drink half a grapefruit (blended) 50/50 with water and whole food meal and powders. The citric acid helps metabolize the calcium, making it more absorbable. If you mix the calcium into grapefruit juice it has a cabonating effect like soda...some may prefer this, I don't. Try it for youself. Other juices like V-8 might not have this effect. Personally I find fresh non-pasturised grapefruit juice to be a cut above the rest. Here's breakfast: 1 heaping tbls. each flax seed and kamut berry meals, half as much raw brown rice powder, 1 tsp. each acai powder and bee pollen, 1/2 tsp. each alfalfa seeds and spirulina powder, and Braggs liquid amino's mixed in the grapefruit juice, stir, stir and keep stirring...rinse and drink remaining contents as they tend to stick! If you use quality ingredients you should achieve warp-drive. I also eat 2 tbls. liquid organic coconut oil and fruit. Bananas and apples are best...avoid oranges as they promote fungal growth. Cost: less than $2 aday not including the fruit. My lunch starts with calcium bentonite clay, hence the lower dosage of coral cal. works for me. I'm 6'1" 175 lbs. which is within my ideal weight. You want to use a dosage that is correct for your ideal weight so it takes some work to find your balance point. Good Luck,
