(More customer reviews)I think it kills competing pathogenic organisms in your intestines. don't ask me how on earth this is possible, since the capsules are not "enteric coated" and all the little bugs ought to die in your stomach acid. But it works. I have very specific symptoms that are totally ammhiliorated (however you spell that) by this wonderful stuff.
