(More customer reviews)I have had lupus-induced IBS since I was 12, and in the 9 years since, I have tried every IBS medication that has been on (and pulled off) the market. I finally gave up and decided to just live with not knowing when I was going to be in pain, what would trigger it that day, etc. Then I heard about these capsules from a friend, and decided to try it. Words can't express the difference these pills have made! I started by taking one capsule 2-3 times a day, and within a month, I completely stopped having any attacks, or even any of the minor symptoms I used to have. I now only need to take one capsule every day, and it still works! All of the other meds made me tired or had other side effects, or just didn't help at all, but I haven't noticed any side effects in the two months I've been taking this. If you have even minor IBS, you should consider trying these capsules. They're so much safer than the prescription meds out there, they won't make you feel foggy or tired like the Hyomax does, and they work so much better!

This formula is completely Vegan. My pharmacist recommended these over Acidophilus Pearls - 90 - SoftGel. He said that American Health was a pretty great trusted brand. Frankly I prefer these, I have issues sometimes swallowing pills, but thats not a problem with these since they are chewable.
I will be buying these again.

(More customer reviews)My husband had seen countless specialists, and was diagnosed Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Hiatal Hernia, Acid Reflux and was prescribed meds that cost HUNDREDS of dollars per month (Nexium $250+, Reglan, Prilosec, etc.)
He tried probiotics and has miraculously been rid of all the symptoms. He can even go off of them awhile and start them back up if/when the symptoms begin to surface.
Jarrow brand has given him the best results, and Walgreens brand is okay. He has tried many brands, and by far he recommends these. I cannot claim these are a cure for anything, but if you are having persistent acid reflux, heartburn, or diarrhea I cannot urge you enough to at least try these for a month. My husband suffered for years in his thirties, now he can eat what he wants. I am a nurse and was his biggest skeptic; now I am a believer. Trust me, I've seen a lot of herbs hyped, but this one has me sold.
I have also heard women take these for symptoms of vaginal yeast infection and have great results.

Nature's Sunshine 5-W (5-Weeks Pregnancy Formula) 100 capsules Review

(More customer reviews)I was a little hesitant in taking this herb because of the black cohosh but I took it at the dose on the bottle starting 5 weeks before my due date. I also started using EPO on the cervix at 37 weeks and switched to borage oil at 38 weeks. I also drank RRL tea starting at 36 weeks. I had my son at 38 weeks and 5 days. I had been feeling "pre-labor" contractions for about two days prior to actually going into labor. I woke up at 130am with regular, somewhat painful contractions about 5 min apart. We got to the hospital at 3am and I was 5cm. (I was 2-3 cm at 38 week appt.) I had a spinal at 5am when I was 7cm. I had another spinal at 730am at 8cm. My son was born at 9am after only 1/2 hour pushing, 7lbs 2oz. The baby was 100% healthy and I felt really great almost immediately. I had almost no swelling or pain in the peri area although I did need 2 stitches. I left the hospital 25 hours later. (I would have felt good to leave the same day but needed to stay for the circumcision and some other baby tests.)
Just as a comparison with my first delivery I did not use 5-w but I used EPO on the cervix at 37 weeks. I was 2 cm at my 37 week appt. My water broke at 37 weeks 4 days at 2am. By 5pm I had to be induced with pitocin because contractions had not started on their own. By 3cm I needed pain relief. I got a spinal/epidural combo. At 8am the next morning I was 10 cm. I pushed for 1 hour 45min and it was extremely painful and difficult. I did need some supplementary oxygen while pushing. Baby was born healthy with a very cone shaped head, 6lbs 15oz.
I don't know exactly how much the 5w affected the birth or if it would have gone that well otherwise, but I was so pleased with the whole experience I will definately be using it next time.
