I do not get out much during the day, I try and get as much rest as possible yet i'm always exhausted and my legs just seemed weak all the time from working. My colleague (a doctor) recommended this product and ive been hooked! My legs seem stronger, and my skin looks fabulous now, even though I dont get much sunlight now these days. However, vitamin D is not to be used in excess. So while I was under the impression that I was too young to start this, I was not and the overall results are pheonomenal!
