(More customer reviews)I have been taking these for years. I take at least 8 per day and it helps with regularity as well as with lowering cholesterol. I have a problem with diverticulitis and my doctor told me the best way to avoid a flareup is to eat a lot of fiber. He said you can't really get too much fiber in your diet. I started with one at each meal, then two, then three and now four. There is no taste and no side effects at all. They are very easy to take. I tried the powder but it was too hard to mix. These are perfect.
