(More customer reviews)I've been taking PQQ for about three months (along with 100mg of CoQ-10) with dramatic improvements in mental and physical energy--eg, I've gone from 5 minutes on the stationary bike to as many as 45. It's a great product if your mitochondria have been damaged by statins (as in my case), or simply by aging.
Note that LEF has two products out, one with PQQ alone, and this one with a number of synergistic ingredients such as carnosine, carnitine, and alpha lipoic acid. Neither have CoQ-10 however, and it's important to include it. Also, the dose of this product is 4 caps, so it's not the value it might seem compared to the other one, if all you want is the PQQ.
