(More customer reviews)I've been searching for chromium I can buy in bulk because I take it every day. These tablets are very easy to swallow and they help keep my blood sugar in check. I found that if I take two in the morning I get hungry very fast after breakfast but one tablet keeps me full until lunch. You'll have to play with the dosage to get it to work for you but all things considered this is an excellent supplement.
