This product was recommended to me, after expressing how much physical and emotional stress I was having. I must say I was very happy with this product. The flavor is similar to Juicy Fruit gum or Tropical mentos, so it is pleasant. Besides the good flavor it does calm the nerves quite a bit. I used in conjunction with Olive leaf and garlic oil caps (they seem to calm the stomach) All together I was able to not worry so much and am back to functioning normally. Highly recommended!
