(More customer reviews)i switched to naturemade muti prenatal after trying one a day prenatal. the one a day made me sick everytime i took it and you had to take 2 huge pills. but with naturemade the pills are small and easy to swallow. and taking them dosent make you sick or dizzy. i would recommened them. there really high in folic acid , iron and zinc.
