(More customer reviews)This comes with 30 tablets per bottle (1 serving per pill), by the way. It doesn't contain the whole vitamin B complex (it's missing B12, B6, B7/biotin and B9/folic acid). It does, however, have 25mg (1667% rda) of B1 (Thiamin HC1), 10mg (588%) of B2 (riboflavin), 50mg (250%) of B3 (niacinamide), 10mg (100%) of B5 (calcium pantothenate), 300mg (500%) of Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) and 200mg of lemon bioflavonoid complex. The pills are fairly large, but they look nice, and they're smooth. They seem to be a nice yellowish orange color (although I am colorblind; so, they might not really have orange in them). They smell like B vitamins. I took one and noticed I felt more energy soon afterward. I'm not sure what the long term effects will be, yet.
Some of the other ingredients listed aren't selling points for me (such as SLS), but it's not the end of the world, I guess. I don't know what some of them are, and that's pretty rare for me. I guess I should go find out. Here's the list:
Microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, stearic acid, sodium starch glycolate, polyethylene glycol, titanium dioxide, mineral oil, riboflavin, sodium lauryl sulfate, methocel and polyvinylpyrrolidone.
It's labeled as gluten-free (which is nice for a vitamin B complex). Water soluble.
One really awesome thing about this product was the shipping. I ordered it one day. It shipped the next. It arrived the next. That's about as fast as it gets, and I used the cheapest shipping option.
