(More customer reviews)I am not much of an expert. I was taking B6 alone for nerve health (pain, numbness and tingling) and it was helping noticeably. A friend suggested B-right could possibly do more than just taking B6, and he was right since it is even more effective at helping my nerves. Although there is still something wrong with me, and I haven't found the right doctor to give me good advice, this vitamin makes me feel almost better.
