(More customer reviews)I am a big fan of "mycopotent immune complex." My acupuncturist introduced me to it and I have been using it ever since. I use it when I am fighting off a cold. It really works. I seem to get less sick than my friends. I do a stopperful twice a day in a little bit of water and I often add echinacea too. Add in a tab of 1,000 mg of vitamin C and you have my favorite cold busters.
