(More customer reviews)I have IBS and a friend recommended pure flax oil, in addition to my 3-6-9 supplements, to help with 'movement' in my bowels. I will admit, I dont know exactly what it does, but I have been taking 1-2 tablespoons of this everyday and my stomach aches, rumblings, blockages and discomforts have really lessened. I buy Activia smoothies, drink 1/3 of it and then pour in 1-2 TBSP of the flax oil, shake it up and chug it down. Its been 2 months and so far so good!
