I have severe insomnia and just recently ran out of medical insurance so I had to rely on over the counter pills, I started with NOW melatonin 10mg but each night I ended up taking 5 of them to make me fall asleep, with Life Extention I only need 2 and it knocks me out in less than 30 min.
I have been using this for about 6 months now and I absolutely love it.
