(More customer reviews)I have always been at the very low end of the "acceptable" shakily broad testosterone range. I say that because as they apparently don't know what is a good level to have they just made the range as broad as possible. So, some of us way down low on the range may not have enough.
A personal trainer who was also a competitive body builder once told me he took Sarsaparilla when getting ready for a contest because it helped the body retain testosterone. That is why I take it.
This brand seems to be of a high quality...but whether or not it helps with the testosterone is up in the air.
