(More customer reviews)I take one 25mg tablet with a meal, 3 x's a day. Recommended by my Repro dr. He emailed me studies that showed this brand, Natrol and this dosage; 25mg with a meal 3xs a day to help with eggs or follicles or something and to help to get a good egg to get fertilized. Anyhow, as a bonus, I have found that this has given me tons of energy! I feel stronger too! Dr. said to give it at least 3 months before re-testing. Its been 2 and 1/2 months and I feel fantastic, it even increased my libido!
I bought it from Amazon, because even with the shipping the price was unbeatable!
I also have been taking a progesterone cream (oasis serene) for a few months and with this and I do have more energy and am not as sluggish as I used to be.
I am scheduled to see DR. again in a couple weeks, but I don't want to waste the money on co-pay, because I know how I feel and I feel amazing!
