(More customer reviews)I started using Super Aloe on the recommendation of a doctor 16 years ago for irregularity. She told me at the time that it is safe to take daily if needed and I have actually used this product daily for most of that time. It's very gentle and never causes cramps or sudden urges. I've recommended it to several friends who also are extremely pleased.
Years ago I told my chiropractor/homeopathic doctor (with a PHD in biology) about the product. She was able to order it for me since she already purchased from that company. Once she had a couple other patients pleased with it she started carrying it for retail. A few years ago when I found a great internal medicine doctor I asked his opinion and he feels it's completely safe and that I should continue using it if it's so helpful. Definitely recommend. I would however recommend starting with the lowest dose. You can always take more than one if needed. It also might take a few days initially to get into rhythm.
