It has a slight banana flavor when mixed with water, but can be mixed with other liquids if desired. I use my Magic Bullet and mix it with water. It generally causes gentle movement the next morning if taken the night before. I like ordering from Amazon because I can order just the fiber, not the entire kit.

I tried almost the entire bottle, following the directions exactly. I have tried other brands that have worked better but was curious so I decided to try it.
I tried to retun it but they would accept it because it had been opened. I feel like I got ripped off. Maybe someone else will have better luck with it but I doubt it.

I use Levitrex (which is absolutely phenomenal) but I ran out, thus the reason why I tried this stuff. IT DOESN'T WORK. I took the pills about 2 hours before I was gonna have sex and once I felt the effects starting to take place I felt hot, flush, I couldn't maintain my erection and now I am up at 1:30 in the morning writing a review, with a girl in the next room. My body was abnormally warm, even though my hands and legs were cool to the touch. It was just crazy, this pill is not worth it. Luckily GNC has a good return policy, even though I used two of the pills. You've been warned!!
