(More customer reviews)I have IBS and found it more and more difficult to deal with. I didn't want to take medication. When I saw this stuff, I was extremely skeptical; but it was give it a try or the doctor would step in with a prescription. I noticed a change after three days of use. Having been taking it for about a month, I would highly recommend it. I have no more cycles of constipation and diarrhea. I don't have to worry about making a bathroom run immediately after eating. There's no more bloating or gas.
