(More customer reviews)I read somewhere that garlic oil can be good for gastritis and acid reflux. I have been having a problem with it for months and I didn't want to take any of the medications that suppress the acid in your stomach because it makes digestion harder. I tried this and it worked! At first I just took it when I felt the burning in my stomach, but now I take it daily as a preventative and, if I do feel any burning, I'll take another. I haven't researched so I don't know why it works, but it is working for me. I've had no reflux of stomach acid since starting this. It's been 2 weeks--I hope it continues!

Recently I had a lingering cold that I just could not shake. A friend of mine is into whole food health so I asked him about natural anti-biotics. Garlic, he says, is that and a lot more including some anti-histamine like qualities (I was sniffling a lot).
The health food store owner recommended this brand because of the enteric coating.
Amazing! Killed my lingering cold and all symptoms. I felt great. No heartburn. No garlic smell after taking the pill.
I don't take it every day, that is true. However, we currently have the plague sweeping through the office and so far I have been able to stay away from it - I think it is this supplement that is making the difference.
