this item was purchased to alleviate the formation of uric acid crystals that form the known condition called "gout". The Person whom it is intended for has diabetes - a malady that leads to gout since the excess sugar prhohibits the release of uric acid in the kidneys to the urine, so uric acid builds up in the blood an lymph. The effect of taking 4 capsules/day (2 in the AM and 2 in the PM) was moderate. But when done in conjunction to taking 5 times a week 2 TBS ACV with water and 1/4 Ts baking soda AM and PM on empty stomache - the results were more than satisfactory (the ACV+NaHCO3 lower blood sugar levels).
so if you are not diabetic but drink a lot of soft drinks - this formula will aid you as well.

My husband takes it as he gets stressed easily. This really helps him better handle stress. Be sure to do reasearch before using if you have any medical conditions or are using any medications. Web MD has some good info. Pregnant women should not use this. Also, when taking ashwagandha it is best to take it for 3 weeks then give yourself a break for 1 week. This is so your body doesn't adapt to it and cause it to lose effectiveness.

Thompson's Tart Cherry caps had a pleasant aroma (like cherries) when I opened the bottle. The amount of capsules needed for a serving is two, a lot less than other brands. So far, so good.
