(More customer reviews)I have tried many shakes and this one by far has worked for me. Immediately after drinking the half portion they tell you to start out with I had absolutely no sugar/carb craving until later in the day. So I am going to start a shake in the morning and after drinking it make another one and refrigerate it. After you refrigerate a shake after you make it it will turn to pudding so I am going to eat that for my afternoon snack about 2:30 to help my craving for the rest of the day. Your insulin is always higher when you first wake up in the morning so the shake in the morning with say a small portioned breakfast for satisfaction will start your day off right. If you wait you insulin will be high and you will eat poorly and then it will spiral into a day of poor eating habits. I have been doing this over and over and finally this shake not only works but it is really really good. I have tried the french vanilla and is good but this double chocolate is like a dessert in itself and it helps me not to overeat like I always do. For the first time, I just couldn't control my cravings for sugar and carbs or just plain overeating. I turned 40 and my body went haywire. I am doing progesterone cream as well but that wasn't helping my cravings. I did try the low carb thing and I get bitchy you know how that dieting is. This shake allows me to eat what I want but guess what I just eat healthy because I don't crave as much bad stuff. Really weird how this can help me not choose sugar and carb stuff but I just eat better. You have to try this because I have been desperate for help yo- yoing on diets for so long after not losing baby weight and that was like 2 years ago ...hello time to lose those pounds no excuses and this shake I don't have to try so hard. I am so happy it makes me want to take a few walks around the neighborhood for some good old sunshine. I am just doing 30 minutes in the morning and in the evening just slow walks but I am feeling so much better. Please give it a try!
