(More customer reviews)I had originally purchased Lipozene capsules shown on TV. I took 2 doses a day. I kind of thought it was helping me but decided to look for the main ingredient (Amorphophallus Konjac) in a less expensive brand. Thus I ordered this Nature's Way
product. To me it is better than Lipozene. I take the advised dose twice a day and drink a lot of water to get it down. WOW.........I start to feel full before I can finish my low calorie "TV" dinner.
I would think most people would feel fuller faster. Of course I am happily on a 1400 calorie day diet that includes slim-fast and Healthy Choice dinners. This helps me to be more aware of extra fullness or bulk in the stomach.
Am VERY GLAD I purchased Nature's Way Glucomannan root!

(More customer reviews)I had severe monthly (menstrual) cramps and, in my desparation, read somewhere that Red Raspberry Leaf worked for stopping them if you took them every day. Willing to give absolutely anything a try (and believe me I've tried everything from heating pads to drinking hot honey water while laying down prone) - I bought a bottle. I just had my first month in YEARS with no cramps. I could feel faintly that they were trying to emerge... but there were no cramps - NONE!!! I'm back today buying 2 more bottles (I'm scared they're not going to be in stock when I run out and I don't ever want to be without these) - I LOVE LOVE LOVE this product!
