(More customer reviews)I have researched and read multiple articles about the benefits of taking L-Carnitine prior to a workout. You experience a bigger calorie burn when you take it prior and this an excellent product because in its liquid form will work immediately and you do not have to take it 30 minutes before your workout like a pill form. I take a Tbs prior to every workout and have noticed an increased weight loss and increased calorie burn. The most recent study was published in Muscle & Fitness Hers magazine in the July edition, check it out if you get a chance, it also encourages stacking this with caffeine anhydrous for a higher fat burning duo.

I feel no hunger pangs, although when I do eat, I can hardly stop at all, but that is from years of conditioning myself to overeat. This product definately take the insanity down to a normal level. Now if there was only a product to make me exercise without my knowing it......

(More customer reviews)My family and I (5 of us, 6 if you include the mother-in-law :) have been taking the AcaiBlast Chewables for the past 6 months (we upgraded to the 500mg bags after 2 months) and we all wholeheartedly agree that it improved our 1.skin - less flaky; 2.regularity - my wife, mother-in-law, and kids are much more "comfortable," I would always have to hear about their constipation in the past; 3.immune system - only one of us got sick over the winter (and may I add, just very briefly), and knock on wood, we have not been victims of the 2010 pollen season affliction; and 4.energy level - noticeably higher, something that I definitely am aware of when there are 3 kids in our lives. I honestly have not seen or heard of any bad side effects. Hope the review helps.

(More customer reviews)I am female, 24 yrs old. Purchased this about a month ago. The first week, I took one pill daily. Then slowly moved up to two pills daily around the second and third week. I take one prior to my morning workout, and then a second around 2-3 PM. I don't plan on increasing my dosage to 3 pills, I feel like that will be a bit much.
So far the results...
Positives: Gave good and lasting non-jittery energy for about 6 hours, kept me in a positive mood, made me feel happier and more sociable towards others, helped kick up my metabolism (can feel a slight warm burning feeling inside from time to time), gave me more energy and stamina during workouts (esp. if I took it 30mins. prior to working out), increased my visual focus (made everything seem a bit brighter/vivid).
Negatives: I could feel some appetite suppression for a few hours, but it did little with actual suppression throughout the WHOLE day. I still find myself with cravings. Do not take this and drink any more caffeine afterwards (coffee, tea etc.), and do not take this anytime after 3PM or so. Consequently, I actually had a weird scary trip at the end of the night...like I was on a bad trip on shrooms or something. Not doing that again :(
On a last note, I've already been steadily losing weight before starting VPX meltdown. I was losing a healthy 1-2lbs a week. So far, I am still losing the same amount but I've cut down on cardio and increased strength exercise. Obviously, it is important to know that this is NOT a miracle pill. I mostly use it for energy and stamina throughout the day, and for some of it's appetite suppressing benefits. I've lost about 8 - 10lbs. so far by eating smaller & healthier meals, strength training/cardio about 4 - 5 times a week, and on top of that taking VPX! Once I am done with the bottle, I am hoping I'll be down to my goal weight, 120 lbs. I will then decrease my dosage of VPX and just use it for anytime I might need an extra boost of energy. Other than that, I don't recommend anyone using this product for life, it should only be temporary!

(More customer reviews)After doing a good deal of research on assisted supplements, I decided to choose this based on the good things I heard about this in forums. Now of course, one must use common sense, it does have caffeine in it but that is not its foundation. Best time to take this is in the morning (or when you wake up) then the next pack 4-5 hours later. Of course you do not want to take it late at night.
More importantly, the product works. I previously used mri black powder with my workouts but took a break from it as I didn't want to over supplement myself. With this product, you will want to drink plenty of water, and don't expect it to be a magic pill. I used this with my normal workouts, and even on non-workout days, the results are showing and my body fat level has decreased 2% from previous level leaving me at about 8% body fat (considered very lean), regardless I am still on my last week of it, so I have not finished. It is 9 pills per pack, which is only the slighest hassle, no big deal. It gives good energy and no crashes. It does contain caffeine, but the more important ingredients are in the thyroid complex as well as the green tea extract.

I drink it before bedtime and by morning I'm ready to go and for the rest of the day, my stomach feels so much better. Going to try the detox one, hopefully it will help as well as this one.

Sometime during my second bottle of this product the fat slowly went away. I always eat careful and workout, I made no changes to my routine. Of late I have been eating normal american without any weight gain. I take six capsules each day, 2 @ morning, 2 @ dinner, 2 @ bedtime. I also take fishoil and ZMA.

(More customer reviews)I've since moved on to Optimum's Fitness Fiber, as it has less calories and the same amount of fiber, but this product is still excellent. I can't make any claims to fat loss, though that wasn't my goal anyway. This product has a nice flavor, and interesting texture, so it mixes in with water and milk well. I usually just added to my protein powder. Apparently this contains a certain kind of fiber which is not conducive to nutrient uptake, so the label states not to take with your multivitamins or other drugs/supplements. Helps you poop.

I've been taking this product to drop the final stubborn adipose tissue(fat) around my mid-section. So far during the month I've been taking it, I've dropped 7lbs of fat and am close to my body fat% goal. I've maintained a fitness routine of alternating resistance training- cardio-core work outs Mon-Sat, resting on Sundays. I eat 5-6 times a day, focusing on lean protein, tapering off the carbs into the afternoon and evening, always to a satisfied feeling and never to full. I include healthy fats and counter the effects of the sugar conversion of the carbs with enough fiber and a teaspoon of Cinnamon daily ( a little secret I recently discovered... it controls blood sugar levels) I drink more than half my body weight in ounces (160lbs/2 =80-100 ounces) daily. This is very important especially while taking this product.
I want to emphasis how important it is to eat correctly to maximize the effects of this product. I am frustrated to read these reviews from people who obviously do not understand how thermogenix work and how vital it is to incorporate the right diet and fitness practice into taking these.
YOU WILL NOT EXPERIENCE ANY RESULTS IF YOU DO NOT EAT RIGHT AND WORK OUT. The sad truth is most people have no idea how to eat correctly and that it is 80% of the equation when it comes to being fit and healthy, let alone looking it (great abs, ass and everything else about a sexy body) Learn about nutrition people...then go find some resources about the right way to work out and I guarantee you will see results which will thrill you.
This product is incredible. It works. It is comfortable to take as long as you start slow, eat well and maintain a fitness routine. The results are progressive and it will take a concerted commitment to your health in a holistic sense as I mentioned ad nosium so far. DON'T BE A MORON AND TAKE THIS FOR THE STIMULANTS IN ORDER TO HAVE ENERGY AND MENTAL FOCUS...THAT IS NOT WHAT THIS IS FOR! If you want focus and energy,again, learn to eat properly. If you want to burn fat efficiently, are committed to eating well and willing to put in the time fitness-wise, I highly recommend MX-LS7.

"Ovablend is a product we only sell through physicians. How they get online we don't know. We do not sell direct as this is a product that requires physician guidance.
Hopefully you can get the Ovablend from your physician."
This really concerns me. Is this product that I bought online even legitimate? Is is counterfeit? It is indeed what it says it is ingredient wise?

I bought two different energy shots years ago that did that and it made me nervous taking them. I had my fingers crossed and gave this one a try at Duane reade one day. It works like a charm without the downsides and crashing. So I immediately bought a box here at amazon for a better deal! Another plus --it doesn't taste bad at all! None of that cough tasting medicinal taste. Will stick to this one.
